Epic is in need of a college student that would be interested in doing an internship with our marketing & sales department. If things work out, this will lead to a more full-time position with the company. Please submit your resume and any other relevant information to David Hunter. If you cannot figure out how to contact him, do not bother applying.
We are looking for someone who is hungry. Someone who is flexible. Someone who is organized. Someone who likes working and can see the long-term potential of getting in on the ground floor of a growing tech company. Our marketing department consists of one person - David Hunter - doing everything (in addition and running the entire company). We need a self-starter who does not need to ask 1 million questions and is unsure about everything they do. Please do not apply if you cannot put a plan in place and see it through to fruition.
The day-to-day activity would actually involve marketing for our clients - not ourselves. We need someone who is a Facebook junkie. Seriously - a lot of your time will be spent on Facebook. Ideally, you will be responsible for shaping a marketing plan for our clients' Facebook pages and then executing that plan on a day-to-day basis. Meeting with clients, shaping their message, being creative about it and then making it WORK for them is exactly what we need. In addition to this, you would also be responsible for generating new business for Epic in the Pittsburgh region. There are about ten million ways you can go about finding new business - and if business development is not something you're interested in, or you don't think you could handle that - then do not bother applying.
Yes - you will be paid - but not very much. Each client you are responsible for will be some cash in your pocket each month. You will not be paid for running to the store for us & picking up more coffee - and we will need a little bit of that too. You will, however, have your very own desk :)
This position is fun - but very serious. We take our clients' successes and failures very personally and we will not accept mediocre work. Please let us know if you are interested as soon as possible. Ideally, this position started a month ago - so do not waste time.
Thank you, in advance, for considering Epic Web Studios.
