From here, users can connect directly to any of the Epic staff via a Live Google Talk Feed! Anyone can request a screen sharing session with a developer by using the popular 'CrossLoop' Application. In addition, there are direct links to the Epic Client Center as well as the Epic Storage Center for sending files.
