Graphic design is one of Anna Baker’s favorite crafts. A hobby knitter, crocheter, and cross-stitcher, Anna has an intimate understanding of how design elements weave together. “I like to keep things clean and simple, focusing on the end user.” Because, of course, the user is who matters most in the end.
Anna is an Erie, PA native and graduate of Villa Maria Academy (2011) and Merychurst University (2015). There she majored in graphic design, with a minor in digital media. Her interest in the field began with a trial version of Photoshop on her father’s computer and grew with subsequent classes in high school. “I knew it’s what I wanted to do.”
Other pastimes beyond crafting include collecting retro video games with her husband, with an emphasis on Nintendo consoles. Animal Crossing, in particular, is definitely underrated.
