Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority (ECGRA)

Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority (ECGRA) was established in 2008 by Erie County Council and charged with administering municipal grants and serving as Erie County Pennsylvania’s economic development authority, according to the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act. Epic Web Studios has worked with ECGRA to power their website since 2012. The website has existed in multiple formats over the years, always powered by the epicPlatform Content Management System. The grant-making website is loaded with custom features like grant applications, appliction-specific calendars, legislative outreach tools, custom maps, video modules, responsive design elements and so much more.
